What is #MBF?
This home workout plan is delivering insane results you guys!! Muscle Burns Fat (#mbf), is a combination of two, 3-week programs that are designed to be completed back-to-back. The first 3 weeks is #mbf and the second 3 weeks is #mbfa (Muscle Burns Fat Advanced). #MBF was created to fire up your metabolism, scorch fat, and lean out your body.
#mbf is a program created for beginners. It utilizes simple exercises that are easy to follow, with shorter workouts (25-35 min). You will progress from #mbf into #mbfa, an intermediate program, where you build on previously learned exercises and step up the intensity to uplevel your results. You’ll also increase the workout time a little bit (25-40 min).
who is #mbf for?
This program is best for people who want to get lean, toned, and strong. This is not the program for you if you are looking to bulk up! You should do #mbf if you want to lose weight, get fit and healthy, and establish healthier nutrition habits. This home workout plan is ideal for those who want both quick results and fun and engaging workouts.

#MBF workouts
Your workouts with #mbf (your first 3 weeks), are just 25-30 minutes long, 7 days a week. From there, you’ll head into #mbfa (the last 3 weeks), where your workouts bump up in intensity and duration (up to 40 minutes long).
Every single workout in this program is different, so you’ll continually be challenging yourself and you won’t get bored with repetition! Also, every exercise is set to the beat of the music in these workouts, so you know the pace and the intensity that was set to deliver the maximum results.
You will focus on weight training on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. A combination of symmetrical and asymmetrical exercises are implemented to work a wide range of muscle groups. Asymmetrical moves utilize just one weight, instead of two, to throw your body off balance. This requires your core to compensate for the imbalance which will help you really work your abs and tone quickly.
On Tuesdays and Thursdays, you’re all-in on cardio! These are fast-paced, fat-burning workouts that are meant to scorch calories.
After challenging your body all week, Sundays you’ll have a recovery workout to stretch everything out and get ready for the week ahead.
